先日１１月２７日（日）に、弊社大山工場があります東京都板橋区にて、区主催の「光と食の祭典」が開催されました。
せっかくの機会にとキッチンカーをお借りし、この日特製の角煮まんを販売。「買っていただけるかなぁ～？・・・」の心配をよそに、準備した１００個の角煮まんが１時間で完売致しました！(≧▽≦) 急遽、工場から１００個の肉まんを追加販売！ （ここは近いだけにすぐ対応できました） が、、、こちらも販売から１５分で完売！！！！皆様へ感謝感謝でございました。
特製角煮まんに使わせて頂いた豚肉は、鹿児島の生産企業様からの直仕入で、もっちりとした美味しさ満点のお肉を使用。この日の為に原価率度外視で作らせていただきましたので、販売員３名は１００個を絶対完売しなければならない使命がありましたが、終わってみたら「もっと準備しておけば。。。」 またの機会に是非多くの方に食していただきたいと胸に誓った１日でした。☆彡
